Proper surface preparation is required before any line marking to ensure the correct bond between surface and paint.
Surface Scrubbing
Whether it’s an existing carpark or brand new, for best adherence of the line-marking paint it’s best to have the area cleaned prior. We offer in-house sweeping and scrubbing using 2-in-1 machines. With one machine we can sweep the carpark collecting all dust and debris and then switch to scrubbing to finish the job.
All our staff are trained in the correct method of cleaning. As an alternate method of cleaning we offer high-pressure water blasting. This may be more convenient in small spaces or areas in which a large scrubbing machine cannot access. Water blasting is also an effective method of removing old redundant line marking.
